Catch what you miss
Your phone rings first, exactly as it does today. Anything you do not get to lands with us instead of with your voicemail. This is the default, and most owners never change it.
Live in 60 seconds. One code, from your own phone.
It answers the calls you would have missed. It waits on hold so that you never have to. It follows up on the money you are already owed. And it only charges you when it actually produces one of those things.
No app. No porting. No new hardware. You dial one short code on the phone already in your pocket, and you are live. Cancel it in ten seconds with another.
No monthly fee. No per minute charge. You are billed for a booked job, a human reached on the line, or a dollar recovered. Nothing else moves the meter.
The ring runs the North American cadence, two seconds on and four off. Grant the mic and the same form is driven by your own voice.
See it work
This is a real call arriving at a plumbing company at 2:14 AM, the hour when the caller is standing in water and dialling whoever answers first. The agent qualifies, books, and hands over a record you can check.
Concept rendering. Every figure elsewhere on this site carries its own source.
Sixty seconds, start to finish
No app to download. No number to port. No login to your carrier, no new hardware, nothing to reprint on the truck. The phone in your pocket already has everything needed, and you are live before the coffee gets cold.
The moment you sign up we provision a dedicated line for your business, in your business's name, yours to take with you.
We read your public business listing and build the voice around it: your trade, your hours, your service area, the questions worth asking a caller.
We detect your carrier and send you the exact string to dial. You press call. That is the entire installation.
We immediately place a live test call to your line and confirm it arrived. You are only marked live once a real call has made the trip end to end.
Your phone rings first, exactly as it does today. Anything you do not get to lands with us instead of with your voicemail. This is the default, and most owners never change it.
Every call comes straight to us. Perfect for the day you are on a roof, under a house, or in a crawlspace. Nothing rings in your pocket and nothing gets missed.
One code, ten seconds, and your line is exactly as it was. You are never locked in, which is precisely why it is easy to say yes on a Tuesday afternoon.
Codes shown are the Verizon set. We detect your carrier and text you the exact string for it, one tap on Android and one copy on iPhone. Carrier forwarding codes from Verizon and T-Mobile primary documentation, accessed 2026-08-10.
What it actually does
When somebody calls you, it picks up. When you have to call someone, it does the waiting. When somebody owes you, it follows up. Same voice, same account, three completely different problems solved.
A 24/7 voice that answers your existing number, qualifies the caller, books the job into your calendar, and warm transfers a real emergency straight to your cell. It says it is an AI in its first sentence, every time.
The same voice that answered the phone calls back on the invoice that went quiet at day 31. In your name, on your caller ID, with every promise to pay written down.
It calls the carrier, the bank, the DMV, the IRS. It works the menu, it holds for as long as it takes, and it rings you the second a human picks up. You get the recording and the clock.
What we build
The parts that make a phone speak are available to everybody, and they get cheaper every quarter. That is good news, because it means the whole contest is fought somewhere else: on whether the call actually arrives, whether the agent behaves, whether the thing you were billed for really happened, and whether all of it is legal in fifty states. That is what we build, and it compounds with every call.
Every carrier speaks a different dialect of forwarding, and the networks confirm success whether or not they mean it. We detect the carrier, send the right string, then place a real call and watch it land. Verification, not instructions.
It never quotes a price, never invents a number, and hands any caller who asks for a person straight to your cell. Enforced in three independent layers and replayed against fifty hard calls every night.
We bill on booked jobs, so a booked job has to mean something exact: a name, an address, a callback number, a confirmed window, and the recording that produced it. That record is the invoice, the audit trail, and the product all at once.
The agent says it is an AI in its first sentence. Recording is announced on every call, everywhere, as though every state required it. Written as code paths on day one rather than as a policy page later.
And it gets better the more it runs. Every call teaches the agent your business. Every recovered invoice sharpens the follow up. Every hold session maps another phone tree. A competitor can rent the same voice tomorrow morning. They cannot rent the record of ten thousand calls that already went right.
The opportunity
A phone call is the highest intent signal in business. The person dialling has already chosen you, already decided to buy, and is ready to book right now. Across home services, 52% of those callers reach a person today, and 45% of the ones who do book on that call.
Answered picks up all of them. Every hour, every weekend, every two in the morning, in a voice that knows your trade, your hours and your service area.
And it works the other direction too. When you are the one who has to call, it does the dialling, the phone tree and the waiting, and rings you the moment a person is on the line. One voice, both ends of every call in your life, and you pay only when it produces something.
The pricing law
Every voice AI company in this category bills you for talk time or for a seat. That makes their incentive the length of the call. Ours is the result of it.
So the meter has exactly three events on it: a job got booked, a human got reached, a dollar got recovered. If a call produces none of those, it is free. Including the ones that ring at two in the morning.
Every charge carries an audit trail: the recording where consent permits, the appointment record, the time stamp. One click disputes it and credits it back.
Example arithmetic on the published rates, not a customer record. Call volume and the 48% miss rate are from Invoca's July 2026 benchmark; the booking rate is our own planning assumption and is not yet measured in production.
Switching it on
It reads your public listing and builds your receptionist in the background. It knows your trade, your hours, and your service area before you finish typing.
We text you the exact code for your carrier. You dial it once. Your number now rings here first. No porting, no new hardware, nothing to reprint on the truck.
Call your own number. A voice picks up, knows what you do, and books a job. That is the whole demo, and it happens before you have paid anything.
Forwarding is reversible with a second code. On Android the code is one tap; on iPhone it is copy and paste, because Apple's developer support has confirmed the telephone link bug for these codes. Porting your number to us is available later as a retention option, never as a requirement to start.
The other side of the call
Apple put hold detection on most iPhones in America and stopped at telling you when a person is there. Answered goes further: it makes the call, it works the menu, it holds, and it pursues the thing you called about.
Every session ends with a receipt. The recording, the elapsed time, and the exact moment a human picked up. That receipt is yours, and it is the only proof anybody in this category has ever offered.
Apple Hold Assist notifies the user when a live agent is available (Apple Newsroom, 2025-06-09). Answered pursues an outcome on the call. It never guarantees one.
The standard we hold
The fastest way to win a market where everybody is making claims is to be the one whose claims are all true. Every promise on this site is one the product keeps, and every number carries the source it came from.
It pursues your refund, your credit, your invoice, and it pursues them harder than you would, because it never gets tired and never gets embarrassed. What it will not do is promise you an outcome that belongs to somebody else to decide. Capability, always. Guarantees, never.
Not because a law made us, although several now do. Because a receptionist that lies about being a person is a liability the first time it matters, and because the trades run on people knowing who they are talking to.
Eleven states require all party consent. Building two behaviours means shipping the wrong one eventually. So there is one behaviour.
The first pilot produces the first real recovery rate anyone in this category will have published. The day it lands, it goes on this page, and it stays there.
Published research with the citation attached, our own stated price, or arithmetic labelled as arithmetic. You can check every figure on this page yourself, which is the entire point of putting the source next to it.
What each one costs
There is no subscription in this company and no per minute price in this company. You are billed for a booked job, a human reached on the line, or a dollar recovered, and for nothing else that happens on the way there.
Early access
The first group goes live free and stays free until it books work. Sixty seconds to switch on, ten seconds to switch off, and the meter only ever moves when something good happened.
One email when it is your turn. Nothing else, ever.
