In your name, on your caller ID
A polite, persistent follow up on the invoice that has aged past thirty days. Not a collections agency. You, with an assistant who never forgets and never gets embarrassed.
For plumbers, HVAC, electrical, roofing, landscaping
A 24/7 voice on the number already painted on your truck. It answers, works out what they need, books it into your calendar, and puts a real emergency straight through to your cell.
The 2 AM call, handled
It answers as your business, works out what is actually wrong, checks your real availability, books the slot, and texts the confirmation. If it is a genuine emergency it puts them straight through to your cell instead.
The arithmetic nobody does
It is a lead that had already decided to buy, that had already found you, and that is now dialling the next number on the list. Nearly half of them never get a person. That is not a service problem. That is your revenue leaving through a phone.
Put a voice on the line and the leak closes. Not perfectly. Not every caller wants something. But the ones who do get booked, at two in the afternoon and at two in the morning.
$537 is 45% of a $1,193 water heater. $4,277 is 45% of a $9,504 roof. Close rate from Invoca's July 2026 benchmark, tickets from Thumbtack's 2026 averages.
Example arithmetic on the published rates, not a customer record. The 48% miss rate is Invoca's measured figure. The share of answered calls that turn into a booking is our own planning assumption and is not yet measured in production.
Setup
The one on the truck, the van, the yard sign, the Google listing, the magnet on the fridge of every customer you have had for fifteen years. It does not change.
One carrier code sends calls here first. Another one sends them back. You can turn it off in the truck in ten seconds if you hate it.
Forward only the busy line, the dead zone, and the calls that ring out. You keep answering when your hands are free. It catches the rest, which is most of them.
Carrier codes come from Verizon and T-Mobile primary documentation, accessed 2026-08-10. Conditional forwarding behaviour varies by carrier and handset and we are bench testing all three major US carriers before we publish a compatibility claim.
Two in the morning
A burst pipe does not leave a voicemail. It calls the next plumber.
After hours is where the category earns its keep, and it is the shift nobody wants. Water and freezing claims run about 1.61 per 100 insured homes a year at roughly $13,954 of average severity. Somebody is going to answer that call. It costs $49 for it to be you.
Claim frequency and severity from the Insurance Information Institute, 2018 to 2022 data.
Then it goes and gets the rest
A polite, persistent follow up on the invoice that has aged past thirty days. Not a collections agency. You, with an assistant who never forgets and never gets embarrassed.
For the ones that have genuinely defaulted, a share of the money that arrives. Nothing arrives, nothing is owed. Available only in states where we hold the licence, gated on your verified business location.
Who promised what, and when. Every promise to pay logged, every call recorded where consent permits. It is your record, and it is the reason the second call works.
Collections of consumer debt is licensed and regulated activity. We launch only the pre default, flat fee, in your own name path until the licence is in hand in a given state, and eligibility is gated server side on your verified business location rather than on your word or your IP address.
What it costs
No subscription and no per minute charge. The line can ring all day, and the meter does not move until a real job is on your calendar with a name, an address, a callback number and a confirmed window against it.
Early access
Put it on the line for a week. If it does not book a job, you have paid nothing, and you turn it off with one code.
