Privacy
What we keep,
and who can hear it.
This page is short on purpose. We are a phone company, so the honest version of a privacy page is mostly about calls: what gets recorded, why, who can hear it, how long it lives, and how you make us delete it. All of that is below, in order, in plain words.
This policy is issued by TWINFLAME INVESTMENTS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company trading as Reddenda, of 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. Answered is its product and this site is Answered's home. Reach a person at info@reddenda.com, or by post at 316 Vernon St Ste 110, Roseville, CA 95678. More about the company is on the about page.

What we collect
Three kinds of things, each for a stated reason.
Calls. The audio and a transcript of calls our AI is on. The recording is not a side effect, it is the product's receipt: it is how the owner of a line audits every call, how a charge is proven, and how our mistakes get caught. Every call says it is recorded in its first sentence, so nobody is recorded without being told.
What you type into our forms. Your name, your email, your phone number if you give it, and what you asked for. We use it to reply to you, and for nothing else.
Ordinary web logs. The technical basics every web server writes down when a page loads. We use them to keep the site up and to spot abuse. This site runs no ad trackers and loads no third party scripts. You can check: view the source.
Recordings
Who can hear a recording.
Three parties, and no fourth. The customer the call belongs to, because it is their line or their hold. The caller, on request, because the call was about them. And a small number of our own people, when a call is disputed, flagged, or being used to fix a mistake. Recordings are never sold, never used for advertising, and never handed to a data broker. If a call you were on was answered by our AI and you want the details, the You talked to an AI page was written for you.
Retention
How long things live.
Demo line calls: 30 days, then deleted. That is the retention actually configured on the demo line today, not a rounded number written for a legal page.
Customer lines: not live yet. When customer lines go live, this page prints their retention number here before the first call is taken. We would rather show you a blank than invent a number.
Form submissions: kept until you tell us to delete them, so we can honor "you said you would call me" for as long as you want us to.
Stated 2026-08-14: an account and your rules exist today, and a person assigns the number by hand. The whole line between what runs today and what does not is on the pricing page.
Subprocessors
The companies that help us run it.
Each one gets only the piece it needs to do its job, and nothing else. When this list changes, this page changes the same day.
Texting
The texting rules, all of them.
The program. Our text messaging program is called Answered. It is operated by TwinFlame Investments LLC, trading as Reddenda, of 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. Messages come from (916) 282-5278 and from no other number. The full program description, including how you join and how you leave, is on the about page.
These rules are in force, and they applied from the first message onward. US carriers require a business messaging program to be registered before it may send. Ours is registered and sending. Nothing below is a draft: this is how your number is held, and it is how it was held for message one.
We text you only what you asked for. Your transcripts, a booking link, a confirmation, a receipt. That is the list. No marketing blasts, no drip campaigns, no "just checking in."
Message frequency is low and tied to what you ask for. If you ask for nothing, you get nothing.
Message and data rates may apply. That charge is your carrier's, not ours. We never charge for a text.
Reply STOP and the texting stops, permanently. Not paused, not "reduced." Stopped, until the day you ask for it back yourself. Reply HELP and a person helps you.
Your number is not a product. We never share your mobile phone number, or the fact that you opted in to texting, with anyone else, and we never sell either one. Not to third parties, not to affiliates, not for their marketing, not for their promotions. Not for any price.
Selling data
We do not sell your data.
Not your number, not your recordings, not your name, not your email, not anything. Not to anyone, not for anything, not ever. Our revenue is on the pricing page, priced per outcome, and that is the whole business model. There is no second one behind it.
Deletion
Deleting everything, including our copies.
Email info@reddenda.com from the address you gave us, or from any address with enough detail for us to find you, and say delete everything. We delete what we hold, we tell each company in the list above to delete its copy, and we reply to you when it is done. Expect it finished inside 30 days, and usually much faster. "Delete" means delete, not "hide from view."
Your state's rights
State privacy rights, honored from any state.
Some states give their residents legal rights over their data: to see it, correct it, export it, delete it, or forbid its sale. We already do not sell it. For everything else, the door is info@reddenda.com. You do not need to name a statute or prove where you live. We honor these requests from every state, not just the ones that make us.
