You were sent here after a call

You talked to an AI.
Here is exactly what that means.

Somebody probably gave you this address after a phone call, or the AI said it out loud. This page is short on purpose. It answers the five questions people actually have, in the order they usually ask them.

Last reviewed 2026-08-14. When any of this changes, this date changes with it.

1. Did it tell me?

Yes. In its first sentence, before anything else.

Every call our AI is on says two things in its first sentence: that you are talking to an AI, and that the call is recorded. Every call, everywhere, whichever state you are in, whether or not the local rule requires it. Different states have different rules, so we build to the strictest version and run that one everywhere. There is exactly one behavior, and it never depends on a lookup of where you are standing.

If a call ever starts without that sentence, that is a defect on our side. Tell us at info@reddenda.com and we will treat it like one.

2. What was recorded?

The audio, and a transcript of it.

The recording exists so the person whose line it is can check every call, and so any charge tied to a call can be proven against what was actually said. If you called a business, the owner of that business gets the transcript within about a minute. No business line is on this system yet, so today the only line that does this is our own demo line. The recording is never sold, never used for advertising, and never handed to a data broker. The full detail lives on the Privacy page.

3. What if I do not want to be recorded?

Say so. You get a human instead.

Ask the AI to stop recording and it will not switch the recorder off, because an unrecorded AI call is a call nobody can check, and we do not run calls nobody can check. What it does instead is offer you a human callback: a real person calls you back, and the AI is out of the conversation. You lose nothing by asking.

4. Can I have my copy?

Yes. The call was about you.

Email info@reddenda.com with the number you called from and roughly when you called. We find the call and send you the recording and the transcript. You do not need a reason and we will not ask for one.

5. How long does it exist?

Demo line calls: 30 days. Then gone.

Calls to our demo line are kept for 30 days and then deleted. That is the retention actually configured on the demo line today, not a rounded number invented for this page. Business lines are not live yet; when they are, their retention prints on the Privacy page before the first call is taken.

If you want your call gone sooner, ask. We delete it, including our copies, and we tell you when it is done.

Stated 2026-08-14: an account and your rules exist today, and a person assigns the number by hand. The whole line between what runs today and what does not is on the pricing page.

One more thing

The rules the AI runs under are public.

What it is never allowed to say, how it hands you to a human, and how its mistakes get caught. All of it is on the Trust page, written for people, not lawyers.
