One company, one bank account, one person you can email. Answered is the product. TwinFlame Investments LLC is the company that owns it, and Reddenda is the trade name most of our other work goes out under. If you have seen all three names, they are the same business.

What we build

The phone layer for a business that is too busy to answer it.

A missed call at a small company is usually a lost job. We build four things that sit on the phone, and each one is priced for the outcome it produces rather than the minutes it burns.

  • Answered picks up your line, works out what the caller wants, and books it or hands it to you.
  • Hold waits on hold for you and calls you back when a human picks up.
  • Recover chases invoices that have gone quiet.

We are a small, self funded company. There is no call centre and there is no sales team. What the site says the product does is what the product does, and where it does not do something yet, the page says so in the same sentence.

Messages come from(916) 282-5278. One number. If a message says it is from Answered and it came from a different number, it is not us.
NUMBER
What the messages areCustomer communication, and only that: the transcript, booking link, or receipt a person asked for, and the follow up they agreed to on a recorded call. There is no marketing traffic, no newsletter, no drip sequence and no list. We never buy or import numbers, and consent is never moved between numbers or programs.
USE CASE
How you joinTwo ways, both of which need an action from you. You type your mobile number into the form on our pricing page, where the consent sentence sits directly beside the field before you submit. Or you ask for it out loud on a call you placed to us, and the request is recorded on that call. There is no third way in.

How often, and what it costsFewer than five a month, and it varies by what you ask for. Message and data rates may apply.

NEVER SOLD

Where the program stands today. US carriers require a business messaging program to be registered before it may send. Ours is registered, and it sends. The terms above are the terms of the program, and they are the terms that applied from the first message onward.

Email is the front door, and it always works.

info@reddenda.com reaches a human being, usually the same day. The contact page has the postal address and the rest of it. If your call was recorded by our AI and you want to know what happens to it, that is its own page.
