The sealed number

Not in a message, not in the summary, not on the page you sign, and not by doing arithmetic on the price you settled at.
That last one is the hard part, and it is why we do not split the difference. A deal that lands exactly halfway between two limits gives away both: double the settlement, subtract your own number, and you have theirs. Ours lands somewhere inside the overlap instead, so the same two limits can settle at different prices. Subtracting gets you a range, never a number.

Why it is text
This one never calls anybody.
Haggling is four hours of thinking and six minutes of typing.
On a call you would pay for the silence in between. In text, both sides answer when they are free, at 6am or at 11pm, and neither one has to be brave enough to pick up. The thread is also the receipt. Nobody misremembers a text message.
If what you need is somebody to dial a number and sit in a queue, that is Hold, and it is a different product on the same engine.
The limits
Seven things it will not do.
It will not go past your limit. Not by a dollar, not to save the deal, not because the other side is close.
It will not tell the other side your limit. Not in a message, not in the summary, not after it settles.
It will not pretend to be you. Every message says it is an agent and whose agent it is.
It will not start without you. You send the first message yourself. It never opens a deal on your behalf.
It will not give legal advice. It writes down what you agreed. It does not tell you whether you should agree.
It will not chase somebody who does not want to talk. One reminder, then the link expires in seven days.
It will not call anyone. Parley is text. Nothing on this product ever rings a phone.
