The terms

The whole deal,
in plain words.

This page is short on purpose. Terms pages are usually long because they are hiding something. Ours lists every event that can ever put a number on your bill, defines every word that matters, and tells you how to leave. If your bill and this page ever disagree, this page wins.

These terms are an agreement between you and TWINFLAME INVESTMENTS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company trading as Reddenda, of 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. Answered is its product. Post reaches a person at 316 Vernon St Ste 110, Roseville, CA 95678, and email reaches one faster at info@reddenda.com. More about the company is on the about page.

The one rule

Money only moves when something good happened.

There is no subscription. There is no per minute price. There is no per call price. The base price of having Answered on your line is $0, and it stays $0 no matter how many calls come in. You pay for outcomes, and the full list of them is below.

The definition everything hangs on

What a booked job is.

A job is booked when it has a name, an address, a callback number and a confirmed window. Anything less is free.

That is the whole definition, and it is strict on purpose. A caller who hangs up is free. A wrong number is free. A sales call is free. A question with no appointment is free. A message taken is free. If any one of those four pieces is missing, the call cost you nothing, no matter how long it ran.

Before the bill

Nothing here has billed anybody yet.

Everything on this page is a term we are binding ourselves to in advance. None of it describes a bill that somebody received, because there are none. Here is the line, in the same words every other page on this site uses.

StateAs of 2026-08-14
The demo lineA real call is placed to it every two hours, and every call button on this site reads that check before it hands you a number. That is why you sometimes get a list button here instead of a phone number.
LIVE
Business linesYou can make an account today, write the rules your line answers by, and ask for a number. What a person still does by hand is assign the number itself, and we would rather tell you that than show you a spinner. Until it is assigned your line is unchanged, and nothing is answering for you.
NOT YET
BillingThe meter is running. Every outcome is priced against the list on the terms page, capped, and written down with the reason beside it, including the ones that cost you nothing. What does not exist yet is the moment you pay. There is no card field anywhere on this site, and the switch that would let a card be charged is off. Every price here was published before we could take a single dollar, which is the order we wanted it in.
NOT YET
TextingOur messaging program is registered and verified with the US carriers, and it sends. You only get a message you asked for: the transcript, a booking link, or a receipt, fewer than five a month. Stopping them takes one word, and the full rules of the program are written out on the terms page. They applied from the first message onward.
LIVE
HoldHold has never run. Not once, not in a trial: there are no sessions and no events behind it. The page describes what it is built to do, the price is published in advance, and the only thing you can do today is ask to be told when it runs.
NOT YET
RecoverRecover has never run. No invoice has been loaded, no call has been placed for one and no payment has been collected through it. Everything written about it is a description of the thing we built, not a report of something it did.
NOT YET
ParleyThe negotiation engine works and you can watch it settle on this page. What has not happened is a real deal: one was opened from outside this company and stopped before the second side sealed a limit, so it never negotiated. Every settlement in our database is our own test traffic, and we would rather say that than let a count of them stand in for customers.
NOT YET

Stated 2026-08-14. These four rows are written in exactly one place, so no page can quietly fall out of date on its own. When a row changes it changes here, and every page carrying it changes in the same build.

The billing events

Every event that can ever appear on your bill.

What happenedWhat it costs
Having Answered on your line, any month, any call volume$0
A job booked in standard hours$19
A job booked after hours, nights and weekends$49
Hold reaches a human on a government line$20
Hold reaches a human on a commercial line$10
Hold reaches nobody, however long it waited$0
Your first hold, ever$0
Recover lands your money15% of it
Autopilot, per invoice that gets paid$19
A quiet line, defined below, per month$39
A Parley that settles, split between the two sides$29

That is the entire list. If an event is not on it, it cannot appear on your bill. Autopilot charges only when the invoice it chased actually gets paid, never per call and never per invoice placed.

The cap

Your bill stops at $549. The cap is yours to move.

Every account starts with a monthly cap of $549. Once your bookings reach the cap, every booking after it that month is free. You can set the cap higher or lower whenever you want. A new cap takes effect at your next billing cycle, never in the middle of one, so a bill never changes shape while you are inside it. The cap never moves without you.

The quiet line

What a quiet line is, in writing.

A quiet line is a line that has booked fewer than three jobs a month for 90 straight days. Only then does the $39 monthly rate exist, and every dollar of it comes back as credit against your bookings. A line that books jobs never sees it. The quiet rate exists so a line we answer all year for almost nothing has an honest price instead of a hidden one, and it announces itself before it ever starts: you get told in writing before the first $39 is billed.

Hold, defined

A human reached means a live person.

Not a menu. Not a recording. Not a promise of a callback. A live person on the line, handed to you. If we are wrong about that, you do not pay. If nobody ever picks up, the price is $0, no matter how many hours we held. Your first hold is free: one, so you can see a real hold receipt before you ever pay for one.

Recover, defined

What recovered means, exactly.

Recovered means the payment lands within 30 days of our last contact on that invoice, or by a date the payer promised in writing. Money that arrives outside that window is yours alone, and we never charge on it. The fee is a share of dollars that actually land in your account. It is never a fee on calls placed, letters sent, or time spent.

The shareStandard · Answered subscriber
Newer invoices10% · 8%
Most invoices15% · 13%
The oldest invoices20% · 18%

Older money is harder to get back, and the price says so. Answered subscribers pay less on every band because the agent already knows the job it booked. You see which band every invoice sits in before we place the first call, so the fee is never a surprise after the fact. Nothing recovered means nothing owed.

Disputes

One tap. One word. VOID.

Every charge shows you the call it came from. If you think a charge is wrong, tap VOID on your statement and it dies. The default outcome is in your favor: we would rather lose the $19 than have you spend a Tuesday arguing about it. If real, finished jobs get voided over and over, we do not argue either. We end the service, and that is the whole remedy.

The tap is on your statement, which is a link of your own, and the button on it writes the moment you press it. Texting us the word does not work yet. Our messaging program is registered and sending, but the inbound side does not act on VOID, and we will not tell you a word works when it does not. Your statement and info@reddenda.com are the two doors, and a person reads both.

We never bill backwards. No retroactive charges, no clawbacks, no catch-up bill for something that used to be free. A change to a price or a cap only ever applies forward, from your next billing cycle.

Leaving

Cancellation is one dial code.

Dial one code from your phone and your line is back exactly the way it was, in about ten seconds. There is no person to talk you out of it, no notice period, no exit fee. Your data leaves with you: every transcript, recording, booking record and ledger entry we hold for you, exported on request. And if you ask, we delete our copies too. The Privacy page says how.

The texting program

What you agree to when you ask us to text you.

These are the terms of the Answered messaging program, operated by TWINFLAME INVESTMENTS LLC, trading as Reddenda, of 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001. Messages come from (916) 282-5278 and from no other number. These terms apply the moment you give us your mobile number and ask for something back.

The program is registered. US carriers require every business messaging program to be registered before it may send. Ours completed that process on 2026-08-17, and no message was sent under it before that date, which is the order the rules ask for and the order we wanted anyway. The terms on this page were published before the first message and applied from it onward.

  • What the program is. Answered sends you what you asked for and nothing else: the transcript of a call you placed, a booking link you requested, a confirmation of a time you chose, or a receipt for an outcome you were billed for.
  • How you join. You either type your number into a form on this site under the consent line printed beside it, or you ask for the text out loud on a call you placed to us. There is no other way in. We never add a number ourselves.
  • How often. One to three messages per thing you ask for. Under five a month for most people. If you ask for nothing, you get nothing.
  • What it costs. Nothing from us. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
  • How you leave. Reply STOP to any message and the texting stops permanently. Reply HELP and a person helps you. You can also write to info@reddenda.com.
  • Your number is not a product. We never share or sell your mobile phone number, or the fact that you opted in, with anyone, for any marketing or promotional purpose. The Privacy page states this in full.
  • Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
