For everyone who has ever been put on hold

You have better
things to do than
listen to that music.

Hold makes the call. It works through the menu, it waits however long it takes, and it rings your phone the second an actual person is on the line. You go and live your afternoon.

$20 when a human is reached on a government line. $10 commercial. $0 if nobody ever picks up. There is no subscription.

How it goes

Tell it who to call and why

The benefits office about a claim that stalled. The carrier about a charge you already disputed. The airline about the flight they cancelled. One line, in your own words.

It goes and waits

It dials, it navigates the menu, it holds. If the line drops or the office closes, it tries again. You are not on the call and your phone is not tied up.

Your phone rings when a person answers

Not a notification you might miss. A call. You pick up and there is already a human being on the line, and the AI tells them, on the record, that it is an AI calling on your behalf.

Watch it work

Two hours of queue, and none of it yours.

It dials, it presses through the tree, it enters your reference, it survives the transfer to a second queue, and it holds. Your phone rings once, at the end, with a person already on the line.

Human on the line. Calling you now.
Concept rendering of the product running. Not a customer record. Every state shown derives from a real telephony event: menu navigation, hold detection, transfer, human detection.

The proof object

Every session ends with a receipt.

Not a status page. A record: which line, how deep the menu went, how many attempts it took, exactly how long it waited, and the timestamp a human picked up. With the recording attached where consent allows it.

It is the thing you send to your partner when you get off the call. It is the thing you screenshot. In a category where nobody has ever handed the customer proof, that receipt is the whole argument.

Apple Hold Assist notifies the user when a live agent is available (Apple Newsroom, 2025-06-09). It does not place the call, work the menu, or produce a record. That gap is the product.

Where the line is

It fights your corner, on the record.

Hold gets you to a human, and when you ask it to, it makes your case: the refund, the credit, the retention offer, the fee that should never have been there. It is patient, it is polite, it has the dates and the amounts in front of it, and it does not get tired. What it will not do is promise you an answer that belongs to somebody else to give.

So we under promise here and over deliver on the phone. That is the whole trade, and it is the right way round.

It says it is an AI, to the human it reaches.

First sentence, every call, and it says it is calling on your behalf. Several states now require some version of this. We would do it anyway, because an agent that hides what it is loses the call the moment it is discovered.

You authorise each call. It does not go dialling on its own.

Every session is one you asked for, to a destination you named, about a matter you described. There is no autodialer, no campaign, and no list.

You will always know the price before it dials.

When we do take a share of a credit that actually lands, it will be capped, disclosed before the call, and published only once we have a real substantiation file behind it.

What it costs

You pay for a person, not for the waiting.

Two hours of hold music costs you nothing. The charge exists only at the moment an actual human being is on the line, and if one never is, there is no charge at all. There is no subscription and there never will be.
