Recover. For the work you already did.

You already earned it.
Somebody should ask for it.

The invoice went out. Thirty one days went by. Nobody called. Recover makes the call, in your name, on your caller ID, and writes down what was promised.

Stated 2026-08-18: Recover has not chased an invoice yet. The whole line between what runs today and what does not is on the pricing page.

$0 to start, $0 a month, 15% of what actually lands. Nothing lands, nothing owed, and VOID takes off any charge.

All three bands and the flat alternative are further down this page.

Why this one works when a collections letter does not

Not a stranger calling. You, following up.

Your name, your number

A letter from a stranger gets ignored. A call from the company that did the work gets paid. Nothing about it says the account was sold.

It remembers the job

It answered the call that created the work. It knows the address and the date, so the conversation goes somewhere.

Every promise written down

Who said they would pay, how much, by when. Thursday's follow up happens without you.

Watch it work

The aged list, going down instead of sideways.

The number at the top is what you are still owed, and it only moves in one direction.

Concept rendering. Not a customer record and not a projection of results. The number moves only when money lands, so a promise to pay is dated here but never counted as recovered.

The whole fee

Fifteen percent is the standard band.

Three bands, by age, shown before the first call

Newer invoices 10%. Most 15%. The oldest 20%, because older money is harder to get back. You see the band before anyone dials.

Autopilot, if you would rather have a flat fee

A flat $19 for every invoice that gets paid, no percentage on top. Never per call, never per invoice placed.

In three states the flat option is the only one

New York, Illinois and North Carolina bar the shape of a contingency fee for this work. If you are in one, the flat option is served automatically, gated on your verified business location.

Recovered means the payment lands within 30 days of our last contact, or by a date the payer promised in writing. Money outside that window is yours alone. The terms win over any page here.

Stated 2026-08-14: an account and your rules exist today, and a person assigns the number by hand, and the meter runs, and nothing on this site can charge you. The whole line between what runs today and what does not is on the pricing page.

This works the same way for you personally.

The friend who still owes you for the trip. The deposit a landlord never sent back. Same voice, same rule: nothing back, nothing owed.

What it costs

Nothing recovered, nothing owed.

Collections agencies publish 20 to 50% for the same work. We charge 15%, and only on dollars that land in your account.

The demo line is not answering this minute, so the page has taken the number down. It is called every two hours and returns by itself.
